As one of the last categories I judged, I found the Sydney Design Festival entry in the Motion Branding category and it was the one I couldn’t stop thinking about. Instantly engaging, bold, strong yet so simple, it left me wanting to know more. An example where a static logo was translated exceptionally well into an animated format, conveying the personality and purpose of the event. The accompanying soundtrack plays a huge part in the success of this communication.
